I had what I thought was a stucco issue. They came out next day for a quote and told me I actually have EFIS. It's a rare material and they were honest that they could stucco over it but it wouldn't be a guarantee. They said they don't feel comfortable taking it on. I've had 3 others quote on this stucco and none seemed remotely confident but were happy to charge me. That they turned down the gig and helped me better understand my problem for free makes them so trustworthy in my mind. I'd recommend them 100%.
